Our “Clínica Sant Josep” project has won the German Design Awards, conceded by the German Design Council, in the “Best Interior Architecture” category. We feel especially fortunate because this prize not only rewards our effort to improve the quality of life of patients who spend long hours in the clinic, but also recognises and consolidates our concept of emotional interior design in healthcare spaces. We are convinced that design, by articulating light, nature and distribution, literally transforms how we feel in a healthcare space. In an environment in which the emotions are barely contained and moods are so sensitive to change, the interior architecture must provide a feeling of trust and confidence to make us feel that we are in the right place.
